UL-Box-40 - Quick Release Square Softbox 40x40 (BOWENS Mount)

Godox wants to simplify the lighting configuration by launching the 40x40cm umbrella softbox with Bowens Attack. This rectangular shape softbox has an intuitive design that simplifies work in the studio or traveling. The umbrella mechanism allows you to quickly open the softbox, remove it and continue to move. Ideal for various types of photographic or video work, this softbox offers a quality of flattering light and, if combined with the grid included, it allows to control the direction of the light emission. The modifier is equipped with a popular standard Bowens connection that adapts to a wide range of devices. The UL series is particularly suitable for weddings, editorials or outdoor jobs.

Easy to open
The umbrella design allows you to mount it and remove it quickly. The softbox opens with the same omit of an umbrella and closes just as quickly. A side zipper allows you to access and open the softbox without removing the white interior deflector and the included external diffuser.

Removable deflectric plate and speakers
This softbox is equipped with a deflectrical plate that, if necessary, turns into a Beauty Dish style modifier. This allows you to get an effect similar to that of a beauty dish rather than a softbox. It is also equipped with a white interior baffle and an external diffuser for a soft and uniform lighting.

Silver and grid interior
The reflective silver interior maximizes the yield distributing light evenly. The softbox is equipped with a removable grid that eliminates the leakage of light and provides the directional control necessary for selective lighting.

Optional accessories
Godox also offers an optional mask that blocks the center of the softbox for a more controlled contour light. The light comes out of the boards of the softbox, producing sharp and refined reflections. The optional side mask is ideal for product photography, fashion editorials and Still Life commercial work.

Wide compatibility
The UL series is fully compatible with flashes and LEDs with Bowens connection, but can also work with specific GODOX, ProPhoto and others mounting systems using an optional adapter. Godox offers an optional speed ring for the GODOX attack, an adapter for ProPort and one for broncolor.
