The Kase Wolverine series filters are classified among the best optically by independent revisions and their tempered glass construction adds longer life and tranquility. The Kase Wolverine filters are not indestructible but are classified as more resistant than standard glass filters, it hopes that they resist with an occasional accidental fall that allows you to continue taking fantastic images. The KASE K9 support system has an innovative solution to the problem of using circular polarizers with slot-in systems. Rather than being mounted as the last filter, making it larger and allowing the chance that the light is reflected in the lens. The KASE solution consists in mounting the polarizer on the back of the system, allowing up to three neutral density or grad filters in front of the polarizer.

The polarizer is mounted on an adapter ring for a gear lens, which is then rotated simply using a gear on the support when connected to the camera. To mount the polarizer, it is simply a case of magnetically placing it in the ring with gears, eliminating the hassle of trying to screw a polarizer to position. The K9 support is compatible with modern lenses up to 14 mm on a full frame system * without vignetting.

The Kase support is accurately milled with high quality aeronautical cnc with an opaque anodized finish to reduce reflections. Resistant and light, the support uses a screw locking mechanism to prevent accidental removal

To use the support with other sizes filters up to 82 mm, it is sufficient to use the increase rings. For example, to use the K9 system with a 58 mm filter thread, you would only need a 58 mm-82 mm increase ring, there is no need for special ones compatible only with our system.
